Sinar Mas Land , a business group of Sinar Mas Group, is a real estate development firm. It combines two big developers: Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk and Duta Pertiwi Tbk. It formed in 1988 under the flag of Duta Pertiwi. It now holds substantial interests in a businesses including residential housing, apartments, shopping centers, hotels, office buildings, industrial estates, townships and cities. Its head office building, designed by Aedas, is located in the BSD Green Office Park in Jakarta and received a high commendation under Indonesia’s office architecture at Asia Pacific Property Awards 2014.[

As a leader in the property industry, sustainability has always been an integral part of our strategic business and we recognize our vital role in the well-being of our employees and communities where we operate. We believe that the management and the development of property project is one of the most effective ways to create jobs and alleviate poverty in Indonesia. Hence, it has the potential to empower and improve the livelihood of the community, particularly the future generation.
For Sinar Mas Land, community acceptance and support is the key foundation for our sustainable growth. In more than two decades of operations we have learned that developing good relations with the community is significant both to our business and our aspirations of contributing to Indonesia's economic and social development.
Our Sustainable Development Program Plan in 2013 is implemented based on the 3 (three) out of 8 (eight) Millennium Development Goals (MDG) indicators relevant to the property industry, such as People Development, Enabling Communities, and Environmental Conservation.

- Scholarship to print programmer. "The program, titled Educating Children Sub-Edge Being a Global Child, aims to educate children with achievement and drop out from economically disadvantaged families.
This free program works in collaboration with GeeksFarm which is an information technology education training institution to train people who are fond of and interested in technology to become professional programmers.
Such as training programming for professional workers, high school students even to training for startup companies that include idea validation, explanation of business models and good business processes including how to use social media. Now the technology has become the focus of life, but not all levels of society can get this expensive education, therefore Sinar Mas Land gives kesempatam for children who are less fortunate economically.
